Aqua Therm Warsaw

International Trade Fair For Heating, Air Conditiong, Sanitary Fittings, Bath & Design

16-18th September, Warsaw

The Polish map of B2B fairs is becoming more and more richer every year. Lentewenc company, which is owned by ITE Group, extended its offer by events devoted to heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry this year. It constitutes the answer for revival of the Polish construction market in 2015 forecasted by experts. According to specialists from PMR, Poland will intend 25 billion euro from 82 billion received from the European Union for construction industry. HVAC market, the growth of which is envisaged on the level of 17,6 per cent in the years 2014-2015, will play a crucial role in development of this sector.

Aqua-Therm is a brand recognizable all over the world. It is present in 11 countries. Finally, it was introduced in Poland – says Michał Grocki, manager in Aqua-Therm fair. We were encouraged to do it by success of foreign editions, revival of the construction market as well as development of HVAC industry in Poland. Moreover, it will be the first professional business platform in our country, which also includes sanitary fittings and bath & design sectors – adds Grocki.

In spite of the fact that air conditioning is not a domain of only offices any more by its entering more and more bravely into households and small enterprises, the offices constitute one of the most important target groups for HVAC systems. Considering that more and more investors – both private and those responsible for public utility buildings – choose mechanical devices which support air circulation, we may expect increasing sales of HVAC equipment in the nearest years. The present worth of those devices is valued at ca. 2 billion dollars.

The factor which will distinguish Aqua-Therm Warsaw fair from other similar events is section devoted to SPA and bath market, which is currently being formed really interestingly. Its value is estimated at 60 million dollars and it is still growing – even by 10-20 per cent annually. From the beginning of May 2014, the investors signed agreements concerning subsidies which are worth nearly 57 million dollars. The amount of SPA & Wellness resorts in Poland will be probably doubled within the nearest 4-5 years – at present, there are ca. 600 such structures here.
