The International Real Estate Fair MIPIM will be held from 12 to 15 March in Cannes.This is one of the biggest real estate events in Europe. Warsaw is going to present 16 plots of land located in seven districts of the city.
The banner “Warsaw – a host of UNO next climate conference – Conference of the Parties (COP) 19” will pomote Poland's capital city where green areas comprise almost 1/4 of the city's area. Moreover, Warsaw is the leader in the number of buildings certified in LEED and BREEAM systems in the region of East-Central Europe.
The biggest real estate presented by the capital will be a plot of land so called “serek bielański”, situated close to the underground station Słodowiec, which will offer 27 000 sq m of space. Other advertised estates will include four plots of land in Bielany district of total area of 1 898 sq m, 3 192 sq m and 1372 sq m. They are located respectively in Staffa, Żeromskiego and Podczaszyńskiego Streets.
The capital city will also present one plot of land of 8 454 sq m in 21Rakowicka Street in Mokotów district. The city will advertise real estate of 1 980 sq m located in 3 and 3A J. Siemieńskiego Street in Ochota district. Another plot of land is situated in Stanisława Augusta Street in Praga-Południe district and occupies 22 535 sq m.
In Śródmieście district the city will advertise four plots of land located in Miodowa, Cicha, Marszałkowska (close to Parade Square) and Miła Streets. Their total area is respectively: 1 451 sq m, 3 113 sq m, 5 837 sq m and 3 336 sq m. In Wola district the capital will advertise estates in Złota and Wolska Streets. These estates offer the area of 1 492 sq m and 4 484 sq m. Warsaw invites also to Żoliborz district where two other plots of land are located: of 1 205 sq m in Włościańska Street and of 4 205 sq m in Krasiński Street.
During this year's MIPIM fair the capital's parters will be: BI Development NFI, 'Polish Airports' State Enterprise, Yareal Polska Sp. z o.o., Skanska Property Poland, Hochtief Development Poland Sp. z o.o., Ghelamco Polska, Black Lion S.A. oand MS Towarzystwo Fundusz.
Moreover, the President of Warsaw Hanna Gronkiewicz Waltz will give a speech on investment attractiveness of the capital and planned undertakings during fair in Cannes.
