Positive decision of the District Construction Inspectorate will be the green light for first tenants to move in. Łasztownia has already underwent sanitary inspection and fire control, as well as installation tests.
Lastadia Office is located next to the Oder, in the area of the so-called Łasztownia, an island on the river in Szczecin. This location is attractive due to historical, transport and scenic reasons. The office building offers the space of 13 400 sqm on six storeys. The structure's architecture reflects the pre-war development of the area of Zbożowa street, among others owing to combining clinker brick with glass and aluminium elevation.
The last finishing works are currently in progress. The office space in the building is in open space layout, which allows the tenants to arrange it freely. Occupants will also have at their disposal a parking lot round the back of the building. Signifiacntly, the architects have taken care of adjusting the building to the needs of the disabled.
