A new office investment in Warsaw

X2 Boutique Office, an office building, is being built at Czerska Street, Warsaw.

Currently ongoing demolition works at Czerska 12 are going to be completed by the end of September 2013. Erbud S.A. signed an agreement regarding construction of an office building in the aforementioned place. A 45-mln pln contract is going to result with a new project – X2 Boutique Office. The investor of the undertaking in question is  Facinelli 1 Sp. z o.o. The construction is expected to be completed in 2015.

Occupants will have at their disposal 15 267,02  sqm of five storeys above the ground. The project also includes a two level underground parking. Erbud S.A. is obliged to prepare internal roads, ground level parking and technical infrastructure. The contractor will also be responsible for the land development.

Erbud, Toruń based company, was established by Eryk Jan Grzeszczak in 1990. The first foreign branch of the company was created in Krefedl, Federal Republic of German. Since 2000 the company expanded its base of operations in Poland on Warsaw, Rzeszów, Szczecin and Wrocław. The company invested in such office buildings such as, among others, Royal Wilanów in Warsaw (the contract is worth 212,5 mln pln netto), Kościuszko Business Point in Toruń, the first stage of Łopuszańska Business Park in Warsaw as well as office and service complex Eurocentrum, Warsaw.
