Erbud company is going to conduct a building of a modern office at Szuch Avenue in Warsaw.

According to a signed contract, Erbud SA is going to conduct a demolition of a structure located at Christian Szuch 17/19 Avenue and build an office in place of it. The cost of the building of Szucha Premium Offices will total 41,28 million zlotys net. The investors and ordering party is GPG CORNER – Green Property Group Sp. z o.o. S.K.A.

 

Szucha Premium Offices will have VII tiers as well as underground garage. Additionally, the tenants of the office will have three cascade terraces with total area of 1200 sq. m at their disposal. Moreover, Pałacyk Generałowej Marii Agapijew from the 19th century will be renovated within the investment and 1000 sq. m of restaurant and club area will be located there. It will be also surrounded by a several hundred meter public garden.

 

The author of the project is Bolesław Stelmach, known from i.a. architectural conception of Centrum Chopinowskie in Warsaw, development of Sejm RP or Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Żelazowa Wola.

 

SZUCHA is a kind of an offer which is aimed at demanding tenants who appreciate an elegant location and perfect architecture – says Artur Nowakowski, Chairman of the Board in Green Property Group. – Szuch Avenue, which is only 650-meter long, is one of the most beautiful and prestigious places in Warsaw. After war, it maintained almost complete development and headquarters of important national and diplomatic establishments are situated at this address.

 

The contract envisages the completion of the building at the end of September 2016.
