Erbud builds office for almost 56 million euro

The consortium is going to realize a headquarters of the W&W-Campus 1.BA concern in cooperation with GWI Bauunternehmung GmbH – a subsidiary of Erbud SA.

On 27 August 2015, the consortium and GWI GmbH owned by Erbud SA signed a contract with the value of 55.9 million euro for building of an office complex. A headquarters of the W&W-Campus 1.BA will be located in the investment close to Stuttgart. The share of GWI GmbH amounts to 8.9 million euro (at the exchange rate for the day of signing of the contract totalling 37.7 million zlotys). The investor is Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG. The contract envisages that the complex will be realized from September this year till 17th November 2017.
