EQlibrium is the first office building realized by Waryński Group. It comprises two joined 11- and 6-tier solids. They offer ca. 10 500 sq. m gross of commercial space class A in total. At present, the final finishing and arrangement works are being conducted in the building. They are related to preparation of particular lease areas. Waryński Group and the general contractor of the investment – Budimex – are planning to receive a valid use permit by the end of December.
We are approaching the completion of our first office investment. Thanks to huge efforts of the whole team of Waryński Group and perfect cooperation with Budimex and other partners, it is a perfectly conducted investment – in respect of both pace of construction works and commercialization of available space. Thanks to the consequently implemented commercialization strategy, we can boast about 100 per cent level of lease one month before commissioning of the building. It is worth pointing out that it is an unusual situation on the market. The additional feather in our cap is the fact that renowned companies decided to trust us and chose EQlibirium out of many competitive offers. The registered offices of such companies as PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny, SGS Poland Sp. z o.o., OptiBuy Sp. z o.o. and Holding Firm Krimarg are to be situated in the modern office located in the Warsaw’s Wola district. Waryński Group is currently conducting talks with the tenants of commercial and service areas of the building in parallel with the commercialization of office space.
EQlibrium is to be awarded BREEAM at the Very Good level. The author of the project is S.A.M.I Architekci Mariusz Lewandowski i Wspólnicy Sp. z o.o. The building is located at the crossroads of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona Streets and it is to welcome its first tenants at the beginning of January 2017.
