The tasks of JLL will include comprehensive care of the complex in the following areas: operational, technical, administrative and financial, as well as care about the relations with the tenant. The management of Lipowy Office Park was taken over by the company at the beginning of April this year.

Lipowy Office Park is located in the district of Ochota in Warsaw, on Żwirki i Wigury Street. The complex consists of four buildings, offering a total of 39 000 sq. m of office space. The employees and the guests in the building have ca. 450 underground parking places at their disposal. The main tenant of the complex is Bank Pekao S.A.
Recently, Lipowy Office Park has been purchased by American investment company W.P. Carey.
