The company Wisher Enterprise will build an office block on Grzybowska Street. It will be put into use in the half of 2015.

The start of constructions works of the office block on Grzybowska 43 Street is scheduled for the end of April or the beginning of May 2014. The company Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for the architectural design and the process of obtaining building permit. The investor is the company Wisher Enterprise, which implements the office, hotel and service project Silver Tower Center in Wrocław. The investment in Warsaw is to be completed at the turn of the second and third quarter of 2015.

 

The building will be built on the plot located near the intersection of Grzybowska and Waliców Streets, in the neighbourhood of the Mint of Poland. The building will have 13 floors, there will be 105 parking places on four underground floors. The rentable area of the office block will amount to a total of 11 000 sq. m. The main entrance, and the commercial and service part will be located on the side of Grzybowska Street. Currently, the general contractor is being selected. The project came out of the hands of the team of architects of Cushman & Wakefield, under the management of architect Jacek Zub and architect Marek Demianiuk from the project management department.

 

Our intention was to combine the creativity of our designers with the great experience which we have as real estate managers and the negotiators for the lease of space. Thanks to this a building was made, which, as we hope, will look effectively and function effectively for the tenants, commented Tomasz Daniecki, the Head of the Project Management Department in Cushman & Wakefield.

 

Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for developing full-discipline design documentation, construction design and detailed design.
