Wrocław 101 – new office in the city centre of Lower Silesia

In October of a current year, a building of a new service and clerical building in Wrocław is going to start. The general contractor is Warbud company.

The office will offer to rent ca. 4200 sq. m. The cubature of the structure will reach 27 815, 89 sq. m, and it will be 24,86 metres high. The building will be completed in June 2016.

 

Warbud partnership committed itself to build the structure along with land development, outside walls and terminals. The investment involves a performance of 6 tiers of the building with 28 parking places in the underground garage. The building will stand out with its dominants designed in the form of glass towers, constituting the sixth floor of the building. With its looks, the building will sign itself in an existing downtown land development.

 

Wrocław 101 will be built close to a structure of a recently modernized Wrocław Główny railway station and adjoining square to it. The investor of the project is Bariela Investments, a partnership owned by Irish Crownway Investment development company, which is also the owner of Under The blue Sun Mall located on the Wrocław market square.

 

Warbud SA is a general contractor of residential, institutional, hydrotechnical, infrastructural and industrial structures. The company realized ca. 400 projects within the whole Poland, including such offices as: Galileo, Edison and Newton in Cracow, Platinium Business Park or Centrum Biznesowe Okęcie AEROPARK in Warsaw.
