Skanska has chosen a manager of the first office which arose within Silesia Business Park complex. It will be BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The structure, which is being realized in Katowice, will be composed of four buildings and each of them will offer ca. 11 000 sq. m of office space class A. Moreover, 600 parking places are envisaged within the complex. It will be certified in LEED system on Gold level and it will offer modern solutions providing comfort of using including i.a. about 30 per cent more fresh air than it was established by current norms in Poland. There will be also monitored bicycle car parks, showers and changing rooms among numerous facilitates.

 

The highest quality of the project and solutions envisaged in accordance with the spirit of a balanced development are signs of recognition for properties which are being realized by Skanska company. Silesia Business Park is the first design of this company on Katowice market and the first building in Katowice which will be managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate – says Grzegorz Dudziak, chairman in Property Management Department in BNP Paribas Real Estate on the Central and Eastern Europe region. Silesia Business Park is located at Chorzowska Street in the neighborhood of Silesia City Center commercial-service center. The first tenant of office areas arising within the complex is PwC Service Delivery Center company which hired almost 6 800 sq. m. The second building is now being realized and its commission is planned at the turn of third and fourth quarter of 2015.

 

The architectural project of the complex was prepared by Medusa Group studio from Silesia. The general constructor is Skanska SA and Skanska Property Poland company is responsible for commercialization.
