Another building will arise in Gdańsk

An office and warehouse building class B+ is going to arise at Żabi Kruk 16 Street in Gdańsk. The investor is currently looking for a general constructor.

UNIMOR Development company is preparing modernization of a 4-tier building with the total space of 5500 sq. m with an internal car park and external parking places. The structure will be transformed into a modern office and warehouse building class B+. The design will be equipped with entrance hall with a panoramic elevator, round-the-clock security and access control system. Moreover, there will be an observation deck with a panorama of the old town in Gdańsk and Motława channel planned on the building’s roof.

 

Among tenants of the building there are: Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa in Gdańsk, Marshall Office and ELWIERT company.

 

Few months ago, the investor announced the recruitment of offers on the performance of construction works related to the I stage of development and modernization of the building. The commencement of construction works is planned on March 2015.
