The commercialization of Cosmopolitan offices is starting

The 44-storey Cosmopolitan skyscraper offers over 2000 sq. m of office space. Its commercialization has been just started by Nuvalu company.

The office space in Cosmopolitan occupies 2323 sq. m located on three tiers – I-III floors. The total space of 160 meter building amounts 5315 sq. m, 1019 sq. m of which were intended for commercial functions.

 

Currently, the registered office of Traple Konarski Podrecki legal office functions in Cosmopolitan skyscraper and soon Polish office of a global leader of IT solutions for companies will join the group of tenants. At the beginning of the following year a new local of Benihan chain which serves meals of Japanese cuisine will be opened and it will occupy 530 sq. m.

 

Cosmopolitan, located at Grzybowski Square, was designed by architect Helmut Jahn, CEO in American Murphy/Jahn company. Moreover, new modern solutions were installed in the building such as BMS system which enables the integrated monitoring and supervision of a building automatic control. In the structure the great emphasis was put on the highest standard of finishing. The office lobby was also designed by Helmut Jahn. The ultra-modern, minimalist interior is enlivened by a rotation exhibition of art works of a word-class artists, i.a. Wojciech Fangor – says Dominik Pawlak, Senior Property Broker in Nuvalu Poland.

 

The Cosmopolitan project includes 44-storey residential tower and 5-tier office and service building. Four-tier podium, intended for commercial and service space, remains the base for the tower in which 252 apartments are located. The office building is connected with the tower podium through a glass roof. The tenants of Cosmopolitan may use the underground garage which offers 299 parking places.
