In Warsaw Krucza House office, which is managed by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties, the process of certification in BREEAM In-Use system has just ended.

The investment located at Krucza 24/26 Street received Very Good grades for the building and the management of the structure. The main tenants of the office are companies from Kulczyk Investments Group. It is the fourth and the last building from KSP portfolio which received the green BREEAM In-Use certificate. Additionally, within green politics of the company, all our properties will be energized by energy acquired from renewable sources – comments Beata Jońska, Head of Property Management Team, responsible for conducting the procedure of certification on behalf of KSP.

The process of certification has been conducted efficiently and relatively fast. Thanks to implementation of certification’s rules, the director had a possibility to develop his current procedures by additional, pro-eco issues. The certification also enabled the comparison of certain buildings from the whole portfolio managed by KSP and identify areas for potential improvements. The obtained results, especially in the area of management, demonstrate a high level and professionalism. Moreover, the obtaining Very Good Part 1 Asset grade (the appraisement of building’s properties) for Ufficio Primo and Krucza House is worth noticing – says D.E. Marcin Gawroński, Assesor in Grontmij Poland.

Krucza House is a six-storey office structure built in the fifties. It is located in Warsaw CBD, in the neighborhood of parliament, ministries and embassies, and it delivers 6300 sq. m of office and commercial-service space on the ground floor. The property is owned by Kulczyk Real Estate Holding. The card of the modernized office is a spacious lobby with columns decorated by artist Leon Tarasewicz – a Polish painter of Bulgarian origin and professor of visual arts.
