World leader among global outsourcing services providers, Infosys BPO, which has its headquarters in Łódź since 2007, has chosen Green Horizon project. During the transaction the lessee was represented by advisers from Cushman & Wakefield.
Green Horizon is the first class A green office building located in Łódź. The investment will be implemented by Skanska in 2012. It has already obtained environmental certification LEED (Gold) and GreenBuilding. This document is a guarantee of offering a high-quality work environment and using the most modern technologies, which allow to obtain appropriate efficient energy use in the buidling. The office block will be divided into 7 above-ground and 2 underground storeys. Green Horizon may also boast: location near one of the most important main roads, flexible space arrangement and adjusting to the needs of particular tenants.
