C&W as a manager of two other buildings owned by a German fund

Cushman & Wakefield advisory company was chosen as a manager of two Warsaw offices (Green Corner and Kopernik Office Buildings), placed in portfolio of Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management fund.

Green Corner, which is located in Wola disctrict, owns 28 187 sq. m GLA, whereas Kopernik Office Buildings complex in Italy offers 22 673 sq. m GLA. From January of the current year, Cushman & Wakefield comlany is responsible for i.a. optimization of operating costs and increase in assets value. At the same time, the partnership will become a manager in Focus office, in which tenants will have 34 000 sq. m of space at their disposal. The agency has been managing the structure since 2011.

 

We have been actively managing commercial properties on the Polish market for 17 years and within last 18 months the resources of the area managed by us increased to 630 000 sq. m. The extension of the portfolio of office buildings by 50 860 sq. m followed the takeover of two other portfolios of commercial properties owned by Tristan Capital Partners and elbfonds Development – comments Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, Director for Property Management Deprtament, Cushman & Wakefield.

 

In the last quarter, new crucial people joined our Property Management Department  Dorota Chomuntowska, Piotr Zatorski and Olga Paczuska. After the takeover of management in Jantar Shopping Mall in Słupsk (45 000 sq. m) in November, our working team may now give its full attention to Green Corner and Kopernik Office Buildings structures – adds Charles Taylor, Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield.
