Warimpex partnership, the owner of Chopin hotel in Cracow, is going to build an office.

Warimpex is in the phase of planning Chopin Office project. Therefore, the partnership will be carefully informing about a form and details concerning the investment as soon as the design will take a final shape. The investment will be located at Rondo Mogilskie, at Chopin hotel – informs Magdalena Wróbel, Press Office of Warimpex partnership.

Gazeta Wyborcza informed about plans of Warimpex last week. According to parameters provided by the newspaper, the investment will have nine tiers offering 4300 sq. m of office area. The building will be also 95-meter wide from Powstania Warszawskiego Avenue and 65-meter wide from Rondo Mogilskie. Therefore, a developer will have to cut several dozen trees. These plans cause anxiety among inhabitants of Grzegórzki district, where Chopin hotel is located.

We will be talking with inhabitants and trying to reach a settlement. We do not want a dispute – said Andrzej Orliński to journalists of Gazeta Wyborcza, proxy in Warimpex partnership. He ensured that cut trees will be replanted.
