Polimex-Mostostal SA management board informed about concluding a conditional agreement concerning sales of the right of perpetual usufruct of a property in Stalowa Wola in Podkarpackie Voivodeship.

The purchaser of the plot as well as the office which is located on it and in which i.a. a casino functions, is a partnership owned by PKO BP. The total value of the property amounts 8 118 000 zlotys gross.

 

The property is located at Jan Paweł II Avenue and occupies the area of 3375 sq. m. The 11-floor office building, which is placed on it, was built in 1989 and offers 5343,40 sq. m of usable area. There is also a casino on the level of the first floor and a restaurant on the ground floor. Moreover, some floors of the structure are completely renovated.

 

The concluding of a contract which transfers the property to a purchaser is planned after the fulfillment of conditions envisaged in the conditional agreement, i.a.: not performing the right of pre-emption by a president in Stalowa Wola; obtaining documents issued by all mortgage creditors who own securities in the form of mortgages including consents to release of all mortgages as well as their removal from land and mortgage registers, gaining a financing by a purchaser, presentation of declarations concerning all tenants and property leaseholders which will indicate that each tenant established or did not establish a payment security of dues entitled to a lessor.  

 

The automatic termination of the conditional agreement falls on 30th April 2015.  

 

The signing of the conditional agreement is one of the elements of the realization of operational restructuring in Polimex-Mostostal partnership.
