Both buildings with a total area of 17 250 sq. m received Very Good grade in Asset category and Excellent grade in Building Management category.
The owner of both properties is Deka Immobilien investment fund and Knight Frank company performs a function of a manager. It means that 10 from 14 buildings, which are managed by Knight Frank for Deka Immobilien fund, are certified in accordance with BREEAM In-Use standards.
