Green Property Group partnership selected a general contractor of SZUCHA – premium offices building in Warsaw. The demolition and construction works will start in the first quarter.

The realization of the office, which is located at the crossroads of Jan Christian Szuch Avenue and Litewska Street and designed by architect Bolesław Stelmach, was entrusted to Erbud company. Its task will be to build a structure offering 7500 sq. m of office space with service, conference and restaurant areas along with three cascade terraces with the total area of 1200 sq. m. The unique part of the investment is neo-renaissance building from 1895, known as Pałacyk Generałowej Marii Agapijew, in which 1000 sq. m of restaurant and club area will be located. Furthermore, Green Property Group envisages a public garden, which will be occupying 1300 sq. m, around the Palace. Tenants and clients will also have 3 levels of underground garages at their disposal.

We are positively surprised about the reception of our project on the market. Our dream is to propose the building to demanding tenants, which will be characterized by a perfect architecture harmonically signing itself into urban planning assumptions of this most representative part of Śródmieście – says Artur Nowakowski, Chairman of the Board in Green Property Group.

Our ambition is to realize this investment in accordance with the vision of its authors – a structure designed in the highest standards and located in a special place in our capital. We serve with our 25-year experience in realization of structures on national and foreign markets – adds Józef Zubelewicz, Member of the Board in Erbud SA.

Jan Christian Szuch Avenue, which combines Plac Unii Lubelskiej with Plac na Rozdrożu, is an urban planning assumption of so called Oś Stanisławowska initiated by Stanisław August Poniatowski. Due to a set of radial avenues and squares characteristic for the capital of France, it is called „small Paris” of Warsaw. Here are located i.a. the Constitutional Tribunal, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as the Prime Minister's Office, embassies and the building of a government administration.
