Sharman Church supports Skanska

Sharman Church partnership will be responsible for letting of single-storey area in six offices owned by Skanska.

The cooperation of both companies is aimed at commercialization of available office as well as commercial and service area in offices owned by Skanska. The structures are located in Warsaw (Green Corner), Wrocław (Dominikański and Green Day), Cracow (Kapelanka 42) and Katowice (Silesia Business Park B). The single-storey area totaled 4500 sq. m at the moment of signing the contract.

The portfolio is composed of the most prestigious local office buildings in Poland. They are very well situated and all of them were rented mainly to main international and local office tenants. The commercial premises, which are located on the ground floors of the buildings, constitute a special occasion for tenants concerning offering services and products to employees of these particular structures as well as very wide range of branding possibilities on ground floors of the structures.

 

The conception of Skanska Property Poland envisages that employees of the structures and close inhabitants will be able to benefit from offers of commercial and service companies renting area in the buildings of the partnership.

 

Sharman Church company hires a group of qualified experts who are specialized in solutions on the commercial real estate market in the region of Central and Eastern Europe. The partnership has its headquarters in Warsaw.

Sharman Church to dosc niepowazna firma. Jezeli juz chca robic interesy w Polsce to niech przynajmniej rekrutuja Polakow do pracy. Tymczasem na ich ogloszenia o prace najczesciej mozna sie natkanac w spolce matce Sharman Church czyli GVA UK. Co wiecej mozna sie tam dowiedziec ze pracujac w Polsce z polskim klientem nie jest konieczna znajomosc jezyka polskiego (!), nie licza sie tez polskie kwalifikacje ale za to wymaga sie przynaleznosci do angielskich stowarzyszen i angielskich studiow. Co wiecej wymaganiem bezwzglednym dla wszystkich sensowniejszych ofert jest "native english" co jest rasistowska dyskryminacja Polakow w dodatku jest to lamaniem polskiego prawa karnego oraz prawa prawy. Az dziw ze PIP sie tym jeszcze nie zainteresowal.
