The issue subject of Ghelamco were 500 000 bonds of PPB series on a shareholder. Moreover, the issue value – that is product of number of bonds included in the offer and their nominal price – reached 50 000 000 zlotys.
The nominal price of one bond amounted to 100 zlotys and it was dependent on a date of registration which was held from 28th May to 3rd June 2015. The offer has not been divided into tranches. The records were submitted by 757 investors on 581 165 bonds. The investors who registered till 1st June received all bonds and all the other records submitted after 1st June were proportionally reduced by Ghelamco in accordance with principles presented in the issue prospect. The average allocation rate of those records amounted to 25.38 per cent.
The total value of payouts of 500 000 allocated bonds will amount to 49 807 003.40 zlotys.
At present, Ghelamco Poland is realizing and commercializing the Warsaw Spire project which is currently being built in the neighborhood of Rondo Daszyńskiego and offers 100 000 sq. m of office area class A. The complex is rented in 60 per cent a year before its commission mainly thanks to transactions concluded in the first months of 2015 when the company found tenants for nearly 35 000 sq. m of area.
Another investment of Ghelamco, which is currently being realized in Warsaw, is a project called Wołoska 24 located in Mokotów. This office will deliver 21 300 sq. m. Moreover, the works on realization of the office building at Wronia Street (17 000 sq. m) and the Sienna Towers complex with the total area of nearly 100 000 sq. m will start in 2015. The portfolio of planned investments also includes i.a. development of areas of the Warszawa Gdańska railway station in cooperation with Xcity. According to taken actions, Ghelamco is going to deliver over 300 000 sq. m on the office property market in the nearest years.
The company has found purchasers for five projects within last two years. In 2014, Ghelamco sold three realized and commercialized projects for 189 million euro: Katowice Business Point, T-Mobile Office Park and Łopuszańska Business Park whereas two other office projects – Senator and Mokotów Nova – were sold one year ago for 232 million euro.
