The 16-tier office building located at Sienna 39 Street in Warsaw received the BREEAM In-Use certificate in the Building Management category with Excellent grade and Asset Performance with Very Good grade. The owner of the structure – that is CA IMMO was represented by Cushman & Wakefield – property’s manager in the process of certification.
Warsaw Towers is adjusting its offer on a current basis to the changing needs of tenants. The BREEAM certificate with such a high grade confirms that all efforts of the investors are appreciated – says Aneta Rogowicz-Gała, Chairman of Department for Property Management in Cushman & Wakefield.
The structure offers 21 000 sq. m of office area. All users may benefit from 198 parking places for vehicles. The building was commissioned in 1999.
