Green light for Centrum Marszałkowska

The Province Administrative Court in Warsaw rejected all charges against plans related to realization of Centrum Marszałkowska.

The Province Administrative Court in Warsaw rejected a complaint about decision of Mazovian Voivode concerning continuation of a permit for building of Centrum Marszałkowska in Warsaw. The judgement in this case was delivered on 24th September this year.

According to the Province Administrative Court, the charges made by opponents of the building of Centrum Marszałkowska were illegitimate and decision about the building permit issued by the President of Warsaw on 25th March 2014 was legitimate.

The positive decision of the court allows the investor – BBI Development SA – to continue works at realization of the project. Centrum Marszałkowska will be built in place of the former DH Sezam at the crossroads of Marszałkowska and Świętokrzyska Streets and it will be realized by the developer in cooperation with the „Społem” Śródmieście cooperative. There will be ca. 12 000 sq. m of office area and ca. 4 800 sq. m of commercial area in the structure. If the works are to be realized in accordance with the schedule, the building will be commissioned in 2017.
