Tricity Inpro SA developer is planning to start realization of its new investment in the following year, within which an office complex Opacka Business Park will be realized.

Tricity Inpro SA developer is planning to start realization of its new investment in the following year, within which an office complex Opacka Business Park will be realized. The project will be located along Grunwaldzka Street in close proximity to Opacka and Pomorska Streets. Next to the complex, the developer is planning to build a housing estate. We should start the realization of the residential part in spring in the following year. Moreover, we would like to start the building of an office simultaneously – announces Rafał Zdebski, proxy of the management board, Inpro.

 

The complex will be composed of three buildings – A, B and C. Except for the office area, the offices will also offer commercial and service areas. The height of the 4-tier building A will amount to 15 m whereas the segment B will be composed of seven tiers with the total height of 25 m as well as the additional 40-meter-high and11-tier dominant. Moreover, the 6-tier building C will be also realized within this investment. The complex will jointly offer 20 000 sq. m of lease area. The project envisages creation of a public square with cafes and restaurant. According to the initial schedule, the first tenants are going to move into the buildings A and B at the end of 2017 and the structure C will be commissioned in the following year. All design works are still being continued, however, the investor informs that possible changes in the investment's project will be only cosmetic.

 

Inpro group has been present on the domestic market since 1987. It is specialized in residential and hotel construction. The activity of the group includes production of construction prefabricates realized by the daughter company inBet and montage of sanitary internal installations by ISA company.
