The branch of the company in Wrocław, which hires 100 people, is one of the most quickly developing offices of Deloitte in the country. Due to dynamic economic development of the region as well as its potential, the office in Wrocław plays a crucial role in realization of the strategy adopted by the company. Lower Silesia is one of the leaders of innovativeness and thus our Wrocław office is one of the leading ones for Deloitte in Poland – says Bartłomiej Suszko, Partner in Department of Tax Consultancy, Deloitte, chairman of the branch in Wrocław.

 

There are such companies in the new headquarters as Deloitte Doradztwo Podatkowe, Deloitte Poland (formerly: Deloitte Audyt), Deloitte Legal, Pasternak, and Korba i Wspólnicy Kancelaria Prawnicza. The Wrocław branch of the company provides services in the area of CIT, PIT, VAT and property tax. Except for the Warsaw headquarters and office in Wrocław, Deloitte owns its departments in Cracow, Poznań, Katowice, Rzeszów, Gdańsk, Szczecin and Łódź. At present, the company hires 1800 people in Poland.

 

Dominikański complex is located in the very heart of Wrocław at the crossroads of Oławska Street as well as pr. Piotra Skargi and Wierzbowa Streets. Works at realization of the investment lasted more than two years. The building A and revitalized eighteenth century Opeersdorf Palace, that is building C, were commissioned in May this year. The total lease area offered by the complex amounts to 40 000 sq. m, the half of which is located in the newly realized building B which received the use permit in August this year. Medusa group architectural studio is responsible for the project of Dominikański whereas the general contractor of the investment is Skanska.
