Opolska Business Park – a three-stage investment, which is being realized in Cracow by Echo Investment – received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level. The complex received 74.5 per cent in the process of assessment and thus it joined a small group of structures which obtained this grade in Poland. The certification process of Opolska Business Park was conducted by Grontmij Poland.
At present, 60 per cent of office investments owned by Echo Investment and certified in the BREEAM system received the Excellent grade which makes our company a leading one in Poland. We own 7 buildings with the BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate. We are very glad about the fact that the Opolska Business House complex joined the group of investments such as Q22, Park Rozwoju, West Gate and Tryton Business House – said Katarzyna Murdoch, engineer for BREEAM, assessor of BREEAM International in Echo Investment.
Opolska Business Park is located at Opolska Street in Cracow. It is a complex which will be composed of three 12-tier office structures with an aboveground and underground garage. Jointly it will offer 57 000 sq. m of lease area. The realization of the project will be conducted in three stages. In accordance with the plans of the investor, the first structure (with the size amounting to 18 000 sq. m) will be commissioned in the fourth quarter of 2015.
