First stage of the Opolska Business Park complex, which is being realized by Echo Investment in the northern part of Cracow, received a use permit.

First stage of the Opolska Business Park complex, which is being realized by Echo Investment in the northern part of Cracow, received a use permit. The building offering 19 000 sq. m of office space was realized in accordance with the schedule. Orlen Oil opened a headquarters in Opolska Business Park at the beginning of February and the company rented 1700 sq. m – says Marcin Mróz, Project Manager, Department of Offices and Hotels, Echo Investment.

 

As a target, Opolska Business Park will be composed of three 12-tier buildings. An aboveground and underground car parks will be realized within the investment. The project will deliver 57 000 sq. m of modern office space to the office market in Cracow. The realization of the complex will be conducted in three stages. It is worth mentioning that Opolska Business Park received the BREEAM Interim Excellent certificate with the result of 74.5 per cent in October last year. Thus, it joined the small group of structures with such a grade in Poland. The investment is located at Opolska Street – one of the main communication arteries in this part of the capital in Little Poland. The location of the structure enables convenient access to other parts of the city by both public communication and own mode of transport. The author of the architectural design is DDJM from Cracow.
