A new gym C200 Fitness will be opened in C200 Office located at Marynarki Polskiej 163 Street in Gdańsk on 23rd April this year. On the occasion of the opening the developer of this project – Euro Styl – planned an open day with numerous attractions. One of them will be a digital body measurement FitCraft360, which allows to obtain a three-dimensional picture of a silhouette in 3D technology. It will be also possible to perform free functional tests and to consult personal trainers and dieticians.
A charitable action will be held during the open day. It will consist in collection of kilometers on a track – Euro Styl will pay for each kilometer and all collected money will be intended for the needs of Gen. Stanislav Sosabowski Primary School No. 69 in Gdańsk.
C200 Fitness will be a modern sport structure arranged in vintage style. It will be a self-service fitness club available for users from Monday till Sunday round-the-clock. There will be e.g. totally developed zone of free weights equipped with Half Rack with a platform and Olympic bar, cardio zone with treadmills by Matrix as well as rooms for individual and group exercises.
The investment of Euro Styl at the crossroads of John of Kolno and Marynarki Polskiej Streets started in April 2014. The office will deliver 16 050 sq. m of office space to the market. The structure has 7 aboveground and 1 underground tier. Moreover, 25 parking places, bicycles, showers for bicyclists and warehouse premises will be given at tenants' disposal in the garage hall. A big aboveground car park with 329 parking places for vehicles is planned outside. The list of first tenants of the structure includes Powel company.
