Consulting agency Colliers International is going to again perform a function of manager of two office buildings in Poznan – Okrąglak and Kwadraciak. The company used to manage these offices when they were included in the portfolio of Immobel. Both structures were purchased by Benson Elliot / Sharow Capital at the beginning of this year. The new owner decided to extend cooperation with Colliers International.

As a manager, we are going to concentrate our activities on maintaining the level of lease of the property which currently totals 100 per cent. Our priority will be optimization of operating costs of the structure and searching for new solutions as well as facilitations for tenants – says Katarzyna Jaskiewicz, Director of Department of Property Management of Colliers International.

Okrąglak is one of the most characteristic buildings in the capital of Greater Poland. The structure was opened in 1955 and it aroused big controversies from the very beginning. The office was different from a typically socialistic development of the city center of Poznan. Okrąglak was awarded Zloty Quadro in the category "The Best Poznan Building of the Half-Century 1955-2005" in 2005.

In 2012 both Okrąglak and Kwadraciak were thoroughly modernized. At present, Okrąglak offers 7000 sq. m of leased area, 800 sq. m of which constitute commercial space. Kwadraciak, in turn, offers 950 sq. m of leased area, including 100 sq. m of commercial space and 850 sq. m of office space.
