Poleczki Business Park is situated in Warsaw and it offers jointly ca. 150 000 sq. m to all tenants, around 400 sq. m of which will be rented by Socomec.

Socomec operates in the electrotechnical industry. At present, it hires more than 3 thousand people. The factory units are located in Europe, Asia and Africa. The company also specializes in systems of guaranteed power supply, it provides maintenance services, prepares switchgears of low voltage and measuring equipment. Socomec is a family company which was founded in 1922 in France.
Poleczki Business Park constitutes a complex of low-rise modern buildings. These structures will be intended for different purposes. There will be office, commercial, exhibition, service and logistic areas within one complex. It is located at Poleczki Street in Warsaw. The owner of Poleczki Business Park is UBM – a developer of Austrian origin. Litwiniuk Property Sp. z o.o. advised the tenant in the process of choosing office space.
