Knight Frank consulting company is to commercialize commercial ground floors of all five buildings which belong to the High5ive complex in Krakow. The investment is being realized by Skanska Property Poland.

High5ive is to be commissioned gradually. The first phase envisages two buildings adjacent to Galeria Krakowska. According to the schedule, the phase is to be implemented by the end of 2017.

The vision of the commercialization suggested by our company will be adjusted to a place which pulsates with life and which is constantly in motion. The premises will be intended for shops of the brands, which will significantly extend the available offer in the neighborhood. Additionally, the city-forming aspect is also of great importance. We would like High5ive to be a perfect place for meetings and thus we will take care of the gastronomic offer and realization of interesting areas for spending free time in the complex. We are planning to search for partners, who will have some ideas on proper use of this space – says Marta Keszkowska, Leasing Manager in Department of Lease of Retail Areas, Knight Frank.

According to the assumptions, the new project of Skanska Property Poland is to create a space available not only to the employees of the offices but also to the inhabitants of Krakow and tourists. High5ive is being realized on the undeveloped plot next to Dworzec Główny. According to the schedule, the first two buildings are to be commissioned at the turn of 2017 and 2018. The total area of the complex will amount to ca. 70 000 sq. m in total, 7000 sq. m of which are to be intended for commercial and service premises as well as entertainment and relaxation zones.
