Tenants of the building and their guests have 60 parking places at their disposal. The highest tier has a view of the panorama of Warsaw. Moreover, the office has a renewed historical façade, which emphasizes the classical and elegant character of the building.

Mokotowska Square is a special building in our portfolio, which is distinctive in many aspects. It is the office icon of Warsaw from the 1950s. The building has returned to its former glory thanks to thorough modernization. Now it is vibrant again. Its renovated and characteristic façade attracts attention, whereas the perfect exposition of the building guarantees its recognition. Additionally, the location of Mokotowska Square is also of great importance; the structure is situated at the true Warsaw high street between stylish Three Crosses Square and fashionable Zbawiciela Square. Although the building is located in the strict city center, the atmosphere of the neighborhood does not overwhelm and allows for a moment of respite. Therefore, tenants usually make a decision about renewing their contracts in Mokotowska Square – says Daniel Pater, Asset Manager, who runs the office of Deka Immobilien in Poland.
