Project’s description

Lastadia Office is an up-to-date class A office building currently under construction in Szczecin. The construction takes place at a very unique location in a close proximity to Odra river, in the area of so called Łasztownia (Ger. Lastadie). Due to its historic importance and perfect location, this area is currently one of the most attractive places for property developers in Szczecin.

The idea

This office building is a six-storeyed construction near completion of a total usable space of 13 400 sqm, which, thanks to some architectural techniques such as combining clinker brick with glass and aluminum facades, stylistically derives from pre-war surroundings of Zbożowa St. The total height of the building will fluctuate between 15 to 22 meters. Lastadia Office offers a unique advantage in its open-planned office space, which guarantees its users a significant flexibility in terms of spatial arrangement including individual needs.
