Office description

The GIP STARTER office building was the initiative of City of Gdansk and Gdansk Entrepreneurship Foundation (Gdansk Business Incubator STARTER). 

GFP, as the administrator of the building, provides and develops existing business support services. About 60 percent of the space (so called incubator) is assigned to the start-ups and companies, which conduct business activity no longer than 3 years (they receive preferential rents). The rest of the space falls on clients, who have to pay market rates for rented space. A modern kindergarten, lunch-bar and conference hall are at the disposal of tenants.
