Building B of the Porto Office complex will be designed in the form of the letter L and it will be composed of aboveground tiers as well as underground garage, where e.g. parking places for cars, motorcycles, bicycles and points for charging electric cars will be located.

The size of an average floor, that is about 1 400 sq. m, will enable flexible arrangement adjusted to the individual needs of tenants. A modern office design under the name Porto Office is a complex of two small buildings, which will be situated in the Krakow Dębniki district at Gen. Bohdana Zielińskiego 22 Street. Two low-rise buildings will be realized in the surroundings of greenery on around 1.5 ha, and they will both reflect the highest architectural standards and use the most modern technologies in order to meet the expectations of clients and provide them with friendly working environment.
