Office description

Podium Park is a complex that comprises three connected 11-floor office buildings. The total space will amount to 64.4 thousand sq. m gross, including 46.4 thousand sq. m of office space (NLA) and 4.2 thousand sq. m of service space for rent. All three buildings can operate separately. There will be also over 860 parking spaces and 310 places for bicyclists. The envisaged completion of the first stage is June 2018.

The complex will be one of the most innovative and ecological office buildings in our country. The investment is awarded a prestigious BREEAM Design Stage OUTSTANDING certificate.

There are numerous innovative solutions envisaged within the investment: electric car as well as electric bicycle and scooter rental, 36 stands for charging electric cars (the largest number in Poland), lots of facilities for bicyclists, LED lighting, air moistening system and innovative systems that support employees’ work comfort. The project envisages above-standard height of rooms (2.8 m), which gives the impression of spaciousness and maximally lightened work posts with natural light. The execution of elevations in compliance with the requirements in the field of thermal insulation, which are to be in force from January 2021, is also projected.
