.KTW I Obtains Occupancy Permit

Last weeks were marked by finishing works at the construction site at Rozdzieńskiego 1 in Katowice. After their completion, .KTW I received an occupancy permit.

STRABAG, a general contractor of .KTW I, has just completed finishing works in the building. The investment has obtained positive results after the control of public services. This is the next quantum leap in performance of the office complex that is being erected in the inner city of Katowice. With regard to the obtained occupancy permit, teams of the fire brigade organized training sessions in the office building. Three days of training allowed employees of PSP to get familiar with the investment and the implemented fire protection system. Tests ended with a positive result – says Wojciech Adam, Construction Manager acting on behalf of STRABAG.

The scope of current works includes cleaning of the elevation as well as accepting the construction investment with the participation of representatives of the general contractor, investor, manager and Medusagroup design studio. Finishing works are being carried out simultaneously on several tiers in order to welcome the first tenants. The opening date of .KTW I is approaching at a rapid rate. Hence, we’re especially satisfied that the works are being conducted in accordance with the schedule. The occupancy permit confirms that this investment is being implemented with the greatest care about details. We owe this, among other things, to the commitment and experience of partners with whom we have the pleasure to cooperate – says Marian Garczarczyk, Project Director acting on behalf of TDJ Estate.

.KTW office buildings are situated near the legendary “Spodek” in Katowice. The investment will comprise two investments connected with the underground garage. The size of the buildings is intended for offices that will be complemented with commercial and service space. There will be a canteen, bank branch, companies from the financial sector, medical center and café on the area of the complex.
