LC Corp S.A. controls the group of special-purpose developer companies, which realize residential and commercial investments in the largest cities in the country. The properties are situated in e.g.: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Krakow, Gdansk, Katowice, Lodz, as well as in their surroundings. The company owes its dynamic development to a consequently realized strategy and stable financial resources. LC Corp S.A. has been recorded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 29 June, 2007.
The commercial properties of LC Corp S.A. A commercial center – Arkady Wrocławskie – was completed in Wrocław in 2007. There are more than 100 shops, fitness club, cinema with 10 rooms and 12-floor office building of the total usable size amounting to ca. 10000 sq. m on its area. Another investment in Wrocław owned by LC Corp is Sky Tower – the highest building in Poland. It combines three functions: commercial, office and apartment. Its height is 212 m and the total space amounts to 171 thousand sq. m.
A building of the office and retail complex – Wola Center – was completed in Warsaw in 2013. The solid comprises of four joined buildings, between which there is a stylish patio. The total space intended for commercialization is ca. 31000 sq. m.
At present, Silesia Star complex in Katowice is under construction. An eight-floor office building with an underground garage and divided commercial and service part has already been erected within the first stage, however, the total leasable area will amount to more than 13 thousand sq. m.
