Jerozolimskie Point is an office building in Warsaw, located near the Salomea junction. The building attracts tenants not only with its strategic location, but also with its cosy office spaces.

The office building is situated at Aleje Jerozolimskie in the vicinity of a communications junction Salomea, which currently is being  built. This location allows its tenants to commute comfortbly to the centre of Warsaw as well as to use easily other important communications routes. The building can be distinguished by its cosy atmosphere.

On over 7 600 sq. m, functional and bright usable areas have been designed. The use of aluminium window frames (which enhance acoustic insulation) will contribute to the improvement of work comfort inside the building.

Karol Milczarski from J.W. Construction, the owner of the building,  says, the cosy atmosphere is a great asset of Jerozolimskie Point. Therefore, the most desirable solution would be its lease to 4 companies at most. We hope that a worldwide trend promoting smaller building, which create the best working environment for a man, will arouse interest in our investment.

A five-floor building of J.W. Construction offers 4 200 sq. m of modern office area of the B+ class. The area of an average floor is 1 225 sq. m. Additionally, the investor provides for 108 parking places (including 77 ones in an undergroung garage)

The development company J.W. Construction is a laureate of numerous prestigious awards, such as The Leader of Polish Business (Lider Polskiego Biznesu), The Good Company (Dobra Firma) or Forbes’s Diamond (Diament Forbesa).
