ST ART's office building, a laureate in Piękny Wrocła contest, 1st prize winner in the public service building cathegory.
The building on Źmigrodzka St. triumphed in Piękny Wrocław contest, winning the prize in public service buildings.

The building has been designed by Pracownia Projektowa PLAN - by Jadwiga Mierzejewska-Hanisz and Szymon Hanisz. The awarded building also houses the company's office. The structure is characterised by stylistic simplicity of the highest level. The building on Żmigrodzka 83B St. in Wrocław offers small office modules (with an area of 64 or 96 m2 ) equipped with designer's sanitary modules and social annexes with individually designed furnishing.

- Our building attracted interest even before it recieved the award and everyone who found us wanted to work here. Every area has found a lessee really soon. It's certainly worth to step out ef the established design and introduce individuality whle designing office buildings - architects Szymon and Jadwiga Hanisz think.

During the designing phase of the building particular attention has been paid to its intimacy and serenity, proof of which can be found in the courtyard, shaded by two old firs. The building stands out with its use of new technologies and ecological solutions (such as a KNX/EIB system, integrating individual sectors of building's management, characteristic for so-called intelligent buildings ). The office areas available in the building are meant mainly for companies looking for small, well-presenting areas.

One should also note, that in Piękny Wrocła contest's public service building cathegory the second place has been awarded to Puro hotel on Włodkowica 8 St, designed by APA Hubka studio. Piękny Wrocław's XII edition's Grand Prix has been won by an apartment building Thespian on Powsatńców Śląskich square, designed by Pracownia Projektowa Maćków.
