Yet another company wants to have its office building in the capital. This time, it is the Czech company Penta that is interested in locating its money in Warsaw. The company realizes investments on the private capital market. So far, the company has been associated mostly with the medicla sector, retail trade and now it aims at real estate.

- Warsaw is the most attractive real estate market among the cities where Penta is present. We have several office projects; one of them has already been accepted by the investment committee, which means that we can start to negotiate details. We aim at investments of the value of over 100 mln EUR, as Martin Danko from Penta says to Puls Biznesu.

Penta is going to build flats and offices in Bratislava at a property bought from the Irish.

- Owing to its location and size, it is one of the best and the most developmental industrial areas in Prague; it is perfectly communicated with the remaining districts of the city ans located near the prestigious villa district of Malvazinky. Our plan includes creating a modern rezidential and office district with the substantial share of park and recreational areas, as Petr Palička, Director of Real Estate Penta Division in the Czech Republic, said to one of the portals.

The board of the company estimates that already in six years, they will own properties of the value of over 1,1 mld euro. As experts related to the real estate sector emphasize, Penta challenges funds and developers from France, Germany and Great Britain.
