On 9th November on towers of Alchemia, Aurum and Platinum offices topping out ("wiecha") was placed at the top of the building which means that the construction works has reached its highest stage.
Alchemia has to be the most modern, multi-functional office in Tri-City. I hope that Alchemia will not only improve attractiveness of the city and region for potential investors but due to its multi-functionality will become an integral place of work, development and spending free time - says Sławomir Gajewski, chairperson TORUS, which is developer of Alchemia.
Currently, about 300 people works on a work site, who set the pace of construction. Works connected with facade on office towers, which consists of glass and aluminium, has been lasting from the beginning of November. Its elements are provided in full which makes it more precise from those traditional ones. Its advantage, independence from atmospheric conditions, means that elevation work can be managed even when temperature falls under 0 degres - claims Marcin Frozyna from TORUS company, site manager of Alchemia. Raw state, connected with roof construction, should be completed in the middle of November. Works are run also in office and garage spaces and in sport and recreation centre.
Alchemia will consist of 7 multi-functional buildings. Current, first stage of construction will presume building of two offices six-tiered and eight-tiered with a total space of 21 572sqm. Despite office space class A a sport and recreation complex will be located, equipped in i.a. the swimming pool, climbing wall, sports hall and gym.
