Award Ceremony for the best companies from commercial property sector functioning in 2012 in the region of Middle-East Europe will take place in Hilton Hotel. Experts and specialist from a commercial property sector will come on 6th December to Warsaw, on third edition of project organized by publisher of bilingual monthly magazine "Eurobuild Central & Eastern Europe”.
Awards are presented in four categories. Prizewinners of awards for overall achievements are prominent representatives of companies, awarded for its overall achievements and way to success and their input in development of Polish property market. Representatives of property market and building make an assessment. In category of leaseholders awards, prizewinners are chosen on the grounds of survey led by Millward Brown SMG/KRC among leaseholders of offices, shopping malls and warehouses. 60 office buildings, 35 shopping malls and 20 warehouses compete together. Specialists who own a broad knowledge in the subject of this sector will choose winners in a category of market awards. Number of jury is not stated by fixed frames: in 2010 it was 105 of participants, in 2011 - it was 177. During the event, voting among participants will take place aiming to give a publicity awards.
Previous editions of this event awaken broad recognition among representatives of property business and building. Ceremony is executed in a great way - 700 attendees are expected this year.
