Colliers has been chosen to be an administrator of two office blocks in Warsaw - Warszawskie Centrum Biznesowe and Platinium Business Park

Warszawskie Centrum Finansowe is located in a strict centre of Warsaw, on Emilia Plater street, Platinium Business Park, on the other hand, is located in Mokotow district. Colliers has won a tender and become an administrator of both buildings.

Overseeing real estates is a key activity of Colliers international. We are currently managing 700 000 m2 of space in Poland, and over a milion m2 in Central and Eastern Europe. Worth noting is the fact, that all our administrators have licenses and many of them have titles given by RISC (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), which is one of the most prestigious institutions which unite professionals from real estate and construction sector all over the world. Many clients give under custody their whole portfolio because they know that we have experiance and passion in what we do - stated Monika Rajska-Wolińska, Colliers International's partner in Poland.

WFC is well localised, in business centre of Warsaw, in close proximity to bus services and 2nd Metro line. Object is 144 m high and has 24 floors. In the building, their offices have: CMS Cameron McKenna, Bloomberg, Google, Rothschild, European Bank of Reconstruction and Development, MasterCard and World Bank. Owner of the WFC is Allianz Real Estate which cooperating with Curzon Capital Partners III (managed by Tristan Capital Partners), in this year, has bought the object.

Platinium Business Park is located on Dmaniewskiej street, it also belongs to Allianz Real Estate. That complex consists of 6 A class buildings. Among leasers of the buildings' space are: Aviva, Levis, GE Medical Systems Polska Sp. z o.o., Leo Burnett Sp. z o.o., Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH Sp. z o.o. and TUI Poland Sp. z o.o. Colliers International administrates buildings number I, II, III and IV.
