Business Garden Poznan is the first business park and the second investment which received a LEED pre-certification in Poznan. The start of building the first stage of complex is planned on the beginning of 2013. The structure is located in the vicinity of Bułgarska and Marcelińska Street.
Complex is executed within three business parks under the name Business Garden. It will offer 80 000sqm of A-class office space in nine buildings. Service outlets can be found also in Business Garden Poznan.
Project in Poznan was made with application of the newest, pro-ecological solutions based on expectations of LEED certification. They paid a lot of attention to suitable choice of materials - they have local origin, so as to limit the negative aspect of transport on the environment. Energy-saving light systems, ventilation and cooling systems will be applied in the building. Green roofs were designed, it has been cared about keeping and reusing of rainwater and watering of green areas. Project implies also using a water-saving fittings in the buildings. Special cycle parking, changing rooms and showers were specially designed for cyclists.
Business Garden Poznan is supposed to be executed in two stages. Building of four offices with a total space of 42 000sqm is planned in the first stage.

We count that all buildings of Business Garden in Poznan will receive a final certification on the Gold level.
SwedeCenter is executing similar parks in Warsaw and Wrocław. Those three complex will offer 280 000sqm together.
