Bouygues Immobilier Poland has begun construction of a new TP seat at 160 Aleje Jerozolimskie. The construction is to be completed in the first half of the year 2013. The new seat of TP Group will be one of the most modern office complex in the capital of Poland. Implementation of such technologically-advanced project allows us to fully benefit from a wide experience of Boyugues Immobilier Group and implement solutions successfully used in other countries. The biggest challenge was designing a structure, which would satisfy both the needs and expectations of the whole TP Group, and international standards of modern structures, with interesting architecture and multifunctional character, allowing flexible use of the space in the future, in whole and divided into separate parts as well. A crucial factor was also a pro-ecological character of the investment, being in accordance with sustainable development strategy represented by Bouygues Group – stated Laurent Tirot, Managing Director, Bouygues Immobilier Poland.
