The official receiver of Reliz Sp. z o. o. put up for sale its office building Altus.

Reliz Sp. z o. o. o. company was working in real estate sector by hiring office and service space, which were located in Altus, the building in Katowice that belonged to it. In September 2012, Kredyt Bank, which had 100 per cent shares in Reliz, informed about liquidation bankruptcy of the company. Lately, official receiver of Reliz Sp. z o. o. has announced a tender for a real estate belonging to the company. The asking price equals 260 230 000 PLN.

Bid bond amounts to 10 billion PLN and the offers are to be submitted till 22 March. They will be opened on March, 25.  

The office building is located near Uniwersytecka 13 street and with its 125 meters, it remains the highest building in Katowice. It offers total area of 69 000 sq meters (A class). It is comprised of three structures that are linked together with four-level Atrium. The second part of the building has 18 floors, while the third one - 29.

In the office building, there are offices, service points, fitness club Get Fit, Helios Film Center, Qubus hotel and SkyBar, The users can take advantage of three-level parking lot with 560 parking places and a car wash.

What was applied in the building includes e. g. BMS system, modern systems of heating and air-conditioning, computer and transmission networks, access control and monitoring. What is also mounted is: integrated anti-fire system and suspended ceilings, lift floors and 6 lines of moving stairway. There are 18 elevators in the building.

The lessees of the building are e. g. Capgemini, Deloitte, Eniro, Grupa Lotos, Skanska, Knight Frank, Segro and ThyssenKrupp Elevator.
