The Marynarska Business Park complex in Warsaw
The office complex Marynarska Business Park in Warsaw, located in the Mokotów district, at present belongs to the Heitman company.

The Marynarska Business Park complex comprises four modern office buildings, which in total offer the office space of 43 000 sq m. The building is located in a neighbourhood Służewiec Przemysłowy (English: Industrial Służewiec) in the Mokotów district in Warsaw and offers its tenants over 1 400 underground and overground parking spaces.

The facility situated in 7 Taśmowa Street, was commissioned in 2008. First it was taken over by DEGI/Aberdeen, and then in December 2012 by the company Heitman, operating on behalf of Heitman European Property Partners IV. The building's tenants include such companies as Netia, P4, Colgate, Palmolive and Ford.

Jones Land LaSalle has been chosen as the exclusive agent responsible for renting of office space in the Marynarska Business Park.  In addition, the team is in charge of the re-commercialisation process.

"We are implementing new strategy with the aim to creating favourable conditions for running a business and improving the comfort of the companies in the Marynarska Business Park. The plan includes also the renovation of front desks in all buildings, communal areas and premises outside the complex and the extension of facilities offered for tenants," says Amy Tonnessen, Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management – Europe, Heitman.

Izabela Kapil, Asset Manager Associate, Portoflio management – Europe, Heitman adds, "It is worth noting that our clients are offered strategically located office space of the highest quality at attractive prices. Our company always adapts the offer to the individual needs and expectations of clients, both corporations and smaller companies."

"One of the key assets of the Marynarska Business Park complex is its location next to a transport node Marynarska, which will be a part of the NS Route (North-South Route) and as a result will provide its tenants with a fast and convenient connection to the Okęcie airport as well as the Southern Ring Road, which is to be completed by the end of this year. The building, which is well-exposed and hence visible from Marynarska Street, is located in the close vicinity of Warsaw Fast City Rail and a tram depot and offers an easy access to public transportation network. It is also worth taking note of other projects' advantages, such as an effective design and division of office space as well as the  possibility of re-arranging office space according to changing business needs of a tenant," comments Tomasz Czuba, National Director Head of Office Leasing at Jones Lang LaSalle.
