The First Phase of Bolero Office Point

At the begining of 2014, the first building from the Bolero Office Point complex will be put into service.

In 1Q 2014, the construction of the first phase of the Bolero Office Point complex will be completed. The complex is being erected in the Włochy district in Warsaw at No. 4 Równoległa street. The developer is Real Management JSC and the general constructor - ERBUD.

The architectural design was created by PRC Architekci. It is characterized by simple shapes and glass facade. The complex is going to consist of three buildings constructed in three phases, the last of which is going to be completed in 2016. The total rentable floorage will be 34,000 sq m.

The first building will offer 11,301 sq m of office space on seven storeys. A part of the underground will be adapted for a one storey parking lot with 162 parking places.

Among the building’s assets there is an easy access to the city centre, airport, A2 motorway and neighbouring towns. There are also bus stops at close proximity. The building will we equipped with two independent cable lines as well as full air-conditioning. The tenants will be able to arrange the interiors at will. There will be a round-the-clock reception and security as well as closed-circuit television. The building will hold four elevators, leased lines and BMS system. Only high quality materials will be used in construction. A regular storey’s floorage is ca. 1,675 sq m, with the nominal rent of €12/sq m per month. Operating costs are 14 PLN / sq m per month.
